Job Description:

  • Experience working with: Big 4 companies.
  • Relevant Experience: IT Carve-Out, Greenfield Deployments and TSA Management:
  • Lead and facilitate IT carve-out projects by ensuring the separation of IT assets, systems, and processes.
  • Oversee Greenfield deployment initiatives, from project initiation to implementation; build IT infrastructure, systems, and processes from the ground up, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
  • Transitional Service Agreements (TSA) management to support M&A/ divestitures and ensure effective transition of IT services from one entity to another.
  • Specialties: Strategic & Tactical Planning, Governance Framework, Program Management, Team Building & Leadership, Process Improvement Initiatives, Change Management & Transformation, Client Communication & Engagement, Risk Management, Infrastructure Project Implementation
  • Technology Skills: Multi-Cloud Including AWS, Azure, GCP, Hybrid Cloud, On-Premise Infrastructure, Network/ Infrastructure management of large scale multi-location global implementation for infrastructure projects including desktops, servers, router, switches, firewall, security, database, applications and software (installation/ upgradation/ migration/ troubleshooting)

Job Role/ Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall leadership and governance to lead/ manage infrastructure projects; Manage global project managers for multiple concurrent projects; Leading, developing and managing global, cross-functional technical teams.
  • Implement governance frameworks and structures (PMOs); Improving processes with a customer-centric approach and develop repeatable processes.
  • Manage, lead, direct, and influence infrastructure teams; Manage enterprise-wide systems, including integration and transformation; Maintain complete control on project schedule and hold project teams accountable, identify/ manage project risks by effectively communicating with project teams and client stakeholders.
  • Developing effective plans and drive deliverables to manage multiple business-critical programs. Create and maintain project schedule and dashboard, facilitate meetings, and proactively identify project risks.
  • Facilitate program communications, issue resolution by identifying and mitigating risks, clearly communicating project goals and status to stakeholders; increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
