Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of programs or subsystems of major programs Lead customer program review sessions and monthly internal program reviews Direct cross-functional teams spanning engineering, manufacturing, and administrative functions Establish milestones, monitor adherence to master schedules, and build recovery plans for off-schedule events Support proposals, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, contract negotiations and changes, and expand the product line with the customer Looking for: U.S. Person status required (ITAR); Secret clearance preferred 5+ years program management experience with an aerospace, military, or defense focus Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or financial discipline Associate through senior program manager levels considered Experience in any of the following areas welcomed: Earned value management and master scheduling Proposal development and contract negotiation (RFP/RFI/RFQ) Manufacturing, supply chain, and quality processes Knowledge of U.S. export laws (ITAR/EAR) FMS and international contracting Interested in hearing more?
