We’re in search of a dynamic marketing coordinator to support our senior staff in accomplishing our marketing objectives. An excellent fit for this position is a team player who is a dynamic thinker with creative ideas. We welcome applicants with excellent project management skills, a knack for innovation, and a proven track record of success.
This is a part-time role (about 10-20 hours per week). We do need someone who comes to the office in Brea, CA, at least 2 days per week.
Compensation:$20 - $24 hourly
Responsibilities:- Help with mailing and gathering marketing materials
- Helping with CRM
- Organizing Marketing events
- Setting up meetings
- Help with social media
- Manage vendors
- Come up with ideas for reels
- Work directly with firm owners to make sure marketing goals are met
- Understanding of CRM
- Understanding of social media platforms
- Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms
- Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic
- Advanced knowledge of current market trends
