Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing and maintaining the maintenance inventory at our production sites to include.
Ordering & Receiving inventory from vendors / suppliers
Managing & Maintaining inventory & stocking plans
Updates inventory counts and maintains inventory records.
Reports discrepancies in inventory, or inventory process
Ensuring physical inventory matches electronic records as maintained in the CMMS.
Kits parts for planned jobs in collaboration with Maintenance Planner
Maintains and reports on inventory Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
Qualifications, Skills & Abilities:
Minimum diploma or equivalent, technical degree or certification preferred.
Strong organizational and planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using maintenance planning and scheduling software / CMMS.
Good knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
Familiarity with maintenance equipment and supplies procurement processes
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills
Education/Licenses/Certifications/Formal Training:
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent, technical degree or certificate preferred.
Demonstrable experience may be accepted in lieu of credentials.
Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 50 pounds
Work Environment:
Some exposure to dust and noise.
Some heavy lifting, standing, climbing.
