What You'll Be Up To
This isn't your average management role. You'll be the go-to leader making sure our programs run smoothly, hit goals, and truly serve our community. You'll guide a passionate team, strengthen partnerships, and use data to keep everything moving forward.
In This Role, You'll:
Champion program success by driving goals, performance, and compliance
Coach, mentor, and grow a team of dedicated staff
Build strong relationships with employers, landlords, and community partners
Turn data into insights that improve services and outcomes
Keep systems (like Salesforce & HMIS) organized and effective
Create a team culture rooted in accountability, innovation, and support
You're a Great Fit If You:
Have experience leading teams and developing staff
Understand workforce development, housing challenges, or human services
Are both strategic and hands-on
Love solving problems and improving processes
Communicate with clarity, confidence, and empathy
What Helps You Stand Out:
3–5 years of program management experience
Background in social work, human services, or nonprofit work
A Few Extras to Know:
Some travel between sites is part of the role
Occasional evenings/weekends for events
Ability to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
