What You’ll Be Doing
- Keep multiple construction projects organized, on track, and running efficiently
- Manage important documents like drawings, proposals, specs, and purchase orders
- Track submittals, approvals, and updates so nothing slips through the cracks
- Support pre-construction planning, ordering materials, and preparing jobs for the field
- Work closely with Project Managers, field teams, and vendors to keep communication flowing
- Stay ahead of deadlines with strong follow-up and problem-solving
What You Bring to the Table
- 2–4 years of construction experience
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
- Clear, confident communication with both office and field teams
- A proactive mindset—you don’t wait for problems, you solve them
Tools & Experience
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Project management software (Monday.com is a plus)
- Bluebeam experience is a bonus
- Ability to read and understand construction documents (RFIs, drawings, submittals)

Requirements
Experience & Technical Skills
Construction industry experience (2-4 years required)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Experience using project management systems (Monday.com preferred)
Familiarity with Bluebeam construction software (plus)
Ability to read, track, and manage construction documents (RFIs, addenda, drawings, submittals)
Project Coordination Skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Strong document control skills: organizing proposals, take-offs, POs, specs, drawings
Experience tracking submittals, approvals, and revisions
Ability to coordinate pre-construction tasks, ordering requirements, and field preparation documents
Skilled in gathering complete and accurate information early in the project lifecycle
Communication & Collaboration
Clear, professional communication with internal teams (PMs, Estimators, Detailers) and external partners (GCs, Erectors, Suppliers)
Ability to enforce deadlines and follow up consistently
Comfortable communicating with both field teams and office staff
Strong accountability and follow-through

Compensation
• Salary: $55,000 annually
• Compensation review after initial training period (120 days) based on performance and role progression, with opportunity for increase
