As an Administrative Program Coordinator on our team, you will support the coordination and development of innovative policies and improvement initiatives while serving as a key liaison across departments to promote efficiency and collaboration. This role is primarily administrative, with responsibilities including invoicing, billing, supply ordering and expense tracking, as well as research-related administrative support such as maintaining documentation, regulatory files and IRB paperwork.

A caregiver in this role works days from 8 : 00 a.m. 5 : 00 p.m.

A caregiver who excels in this role will :

• With guidance from the Director, lead or coordinate multiple projects and policy initiatives.
• Update, monitor and manage databases.
• Develop scorecards and milestones to track progress.
• Analyze project improvement and progress.
• Report on discrepancies and variances.
• Coordinate project prioritization and assist with policy and initiative implementation.
• Assist with scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings.
• Attend meetings and record key outcomes.
• Support all office administrative functions.
• Develop and maintain updates.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly : $18.88

Maximum hourly : $28.80
