Overview
The Clinical Coordinator serves as a key School of Nursing role, reporting to the Director of the program. This position provides administrative and operational support for assigned data collection systems and program records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. This position works collaboratively with School of Nursing administrators, faculty, and staff as well as with healthcare facilities, healthcare providers, preceptors, and students to ensure high-quality academic and clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Maintains the Nursing Clinical Dashboard (Typhon)Adding studentsAdding preceptorsUpdating documentationCreating reportsCompleting contracts with clinical sites via Docusign or as needed.
- Conducts regular communication with established clinical sites to maintain a healthy ongoing relationship.
- Manages legal information for compliance of preceptor records, including resumes, licenses, and other documents.
- Provides preceptors with certificates annually for their contributions.
- Keeps all student, preceptor, and clinic files updated (site logs, clinical experiences, site contacts, preceptor licenses, preceptor hours)
- Supports expansion of clinical opportunities by networking, marketing, and building relationships through community events.
- Supports the lead clinical faculty and program director with any clinical coordination and administrative tasks.
- Attends to other day-to-day tasks related to clinical coordination of student placements and site relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum HS diploma or AA degree
- Some experience in marketing, recruitment, project management, communications, and relationship development preferred.
- Must be willing to travel to partner sites and affiliate organizations as needed
- Excellent professional communication skills, both written and oral.
- Able to use and/or quickly learn various software/clinical/educational platforms (Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Adobe, Typhon, Canvas, etc)
- Excellent problem-solving and prioritizing skills
- Ability to multitask on projects and organize workflows at the systems level

Maximum Salary
USD $25.00/Hr.
Minimum Salary
USD $20.00/Hr.
