Join the Farmers Insurance Agent Development Program, a structured 2–3 year path designed for individuals who want to grow into leadership and build a long-term career.
In this role, you will work inside an established agency, developing sales skills, managing client relationships, and learning the day-to-day operations of a growing business. You will also begin building your own book of business while working alongside experienced agency leadership.
This is an opportunity for individuals who are competitive, driven, and motivated to grow.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business through referrals, networking, and outreach
- Build and manage client relationships
- Identify customer needs and recommend coverage options
- Work directly with an experienced agent to develop sales and business skills
- Manage renewals and ongoing client service
- Complete licensing with provided study materials

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
- Ability to manage time and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to obtain required licenses
- Must be located in or able to commute to the Denver Metro area
