This role offers a unique blend of ministry, coordination, and collaboration in a faith-filled environment where your work directly supports young men discerning religious life. WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS A VOCATIONS PROGRAM COORDINATOR?
In this role, you will help bring vocational discernment programs to life by developing ideas for retreats and pilgrimages, collaborating on content and schedules, coordinating marketing efforts, and managing event logistics, including space, meals, and participant schedules. Your work will ensure each experience is welcoming, well-organized, and thoughtfully executed, creating space for reflection, connection, and growth.
WHEN WILL YOU WORK?
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends required for events.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR VOCATIONS PROGRAM COORDINATOR?
At least two years of ministry or event planning experience, a graduate degree in a related field, and knowledge or personal experience with the Congregation of Holy Cross is preferred.
