Job description

Advertising Operations Program Manager

Payrate: $85.00 - $91.47/hr. Summary: We create and deliver tailored marketing strategies for Company's brands, focusing on establishing strong connections and cohesive experiences for travelers and partners. We leverage our functional expertise and creative excellence to build trust and loyalty for our brands through innovative marketing approaches and technology. Advertising Operations sits in the Marketing division of Company. Operations Program Management is the team that designs how we work: the workflows, the tools, the documentation, and the readiness that helps ensure Operations is scaling with the business and not caught 'off guard' by new initiatives. This role owns that work across five fast-growing advertising programs, from programmatic and agency onboarding through to Salesforce enhancements, and into uncharted territory with new off-platform revenue drivers. This role is focused on delivery, rather than defining strategy. You will operationalize the approach, own these programs independently, and build processes the operations teams can run effectively as we scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own the operational and sales workflows behind our programmatic advertising products, so operations and sales teams can transact effectively.
  • Build the operations readiness plan for onboarding agencies, covering inventory visibility, campaign volume, measurement, and billing.
  • Take partner-funded advertising and dynamic remarketing from pilot to general availability, building the workflows and billing that operations teams will run.
  • Run the path from partner interest to live activation for privacy-safe data collaboration, including eligibility, intake, and privacy review.
  • Represent Advertising Operations in our Salesforce implementation, defining operations requirements, testing each release, and surfacing impact before changes reach the teams.
  • Document processes and playbooks, assess the resourcing impact on operations teams, confirm release readiness, and report progress to leadership.
  • Design and implement scalable operational frameworks that enable repeatable onboarding and management of collaborations with advertisers and strategic partners.
  • Lead cross-functional launches and operational execution for new products, pilots, and partner integrations, coordinating go-to-market readiness, stakeholder alignment, operational workflows, and continuous process improvements.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data clean rooms, audience platforms, programmatic advertising, and privacy-safe data collaboration to inform operational strategy and future roadmap planning.
  • Support emerging initiatives and evolving operational priorities across Company's Advertising, applying program management expertise to help scale new capabilities, partnerships, and monetization opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of program management capabilities within the team by helping establish best practices, operational frameworks, and scalable processes that improve cross-functional execution and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or advertising operations, and ability to run programs independently.
  • Hands-on programmatic advertising experience across open auction, preferred deals, and programmatic guaranteed, with an understanding of supply-side and demand-side platforms.
  • Experience taking an advertising product from pilot to general availability in a complex, matrixed organization, aligning technical and commercial teams without direct authority.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce from an operations perspective, covering lead, account, and opportunity management.
  • Ability to map current processes, design better ones, and document them clearly enough for other teams to follow without support.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience.

Skills

  • Experience in designing and implementing scalable operational frameworks and processes, with a focus on cross-functional execution and organizational effectiveness.
  • Ability to stay current with industry trends and best practices to inform operational strategy and future roadmap planning.

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
