Program Manager – Financial Services M&A

***100% Remote****

A leading financial services organization is seeking experienced Program Managers to support a large-scale merger and

integration initiative.

This is a high-visibility, enterprise-wide program that will significantly expand the organization’s operational footprint and customer

base.

This role is ideal for hands-on, execution-focused Program Managers with direct financial services M&A experience who thrive in complex, fast-moving

environments and are comfortable working closely with both business and technology leaders

Required Qualifications

• Expert-level Program Management experience in Financial Services or Banking

• Direct M&A experience supporting financial institution mergers

• Proven success managing technology or product implementation programs

• Strong background in risk management and enterprise delivery

• Demonstrated experience with business process mapping

• Comfortable operating hands-on and driving execution

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute enterprise-level merger and acquisition programs

• Manage multiple workstreams across business units, technology, and operations

• Partner closely with business, technology, and executive stakeholders

• Build and manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks

• Drive business process mapping and integration activities

• Deliver clear status reporting and executive communications
