Department Overview:
The Office of the Registrar ensures institutional compliance and safeguards the integrity of academic records by managing critical student data, academic histories, and policy implementation to support students, faculty, and staff.
Level Scope:Applies skills and job knowledge in area of specialization; may adapt procedures, operations, techniques, tools, materials, and/or equipment to meet needs of area of specialization; may work on non-routine tasks; resolves issues/makes working decisions within area of specialization or responsibility with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:Along with other duties, the primary responsibilities of this position are:
Transcript and Graduation Evaluation
Transfer Credit and Nontraditional Credit Evaluation
Transfer Equivalency and Curriculum Management
Student Records and Academic Systems Administration
Policy Interpretation, Consultation, and Technical Expertise
Ability to balance competing priorities and time-sensitive tasks, leveraging strong written and verbal communication skills and expertise in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum Qualifications:Experience: monitoring record systems to identify and correct errors; interpreting, explaining, and applying laws, regulations, and complex policies for multiple or highly specialized programs; analyzing information and researching a variety of sources to identify and resolve problems or issues; dealing with individuals from varying cultural and socio-economic backgrounds in stressful situations; entering and retrieving data using a computerized record system; composing and proofreading business correspondence.
