Job Title : Program Scheduler

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Program Scheduler with a strong experience in coordinating, scheduling, and identifying project milestones for long-term, mid-term, and near-term initiatives. The ideal candidate will effectively manage scheduling and coordination issues, utilizing MS Project to consolidate schedules across multiple projects. This role requires defining goals, objectives, deliverables, and associated timelines to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule project / program milestones and related activities across long-term, mid-term, and near-term timelines.

Identify and address scheduling and coordination issues to ensure project alignment.

Utilize MS Project to consolidate multiple project schedules, ensuring seamless integration and management.

Define project goals, objectives, deliverables, and timelines to meet program requirements.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in project coordination and scheduling.

Experience with MS Project.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills to address scheduling and coordination issues.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in the aerospace sector.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $75.00 / hr.
