  • Develop clear and engaging communications tailored to multiple audiences with differing needs.
  • Support senior-level clients by creating agendas, presentations, and PowerPoint materials.
  • Take detailed notes during meetings and draft after-action reports summarizing outcomes and next steps.

Location: You will work as part of a hybrid team at the client site in Boulder, CO. Remote work may be an option multiple days per week.

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in project/program support
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in task tracking, project planning and process improvement.
  • Experience with SharePoint or other digital content repositories.
  • Proficiency in developing clear and effective communications for diverse audiences.
  • Direct experience working on a daily basis to advise senior level clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Interest in the semiconductor R&D topics and the ability to pick up technical subject matter quickly
  • US citizenship or permanent resident and the ability to pass public trust clearance or suitability

Preferred experience/skills:

  • Previous experience in federal government consulting
