As we grow, we’re looking for a mission-driven Program Manager who is ready to make a real impact with purpose. The DPM is responsible for supporting the Program Manager in leading and managing the cost, schedule, scope, quality, risk, and performance through agile software development executed from our Boulder, CO office. Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution : Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
- Change Management : Identify and communicate potential and contractual impacts to scope, schedule, and financials through proactive communication to the PM and senior management, and collaborative change impact analysis
- Team & Stakeholder Management : Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, while managing relationships and expectations with customers and stakeholders
- Technical Oversight : Support technical leads with the management of requirements and roadmap development
- Reporting & Communication : Prepare regular project status reports and present findings to senior management and other stakeholders, clearly translating complex technical data to understandable language
- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement new technologies, and drive innovation within assigned project activities
- Provide direction and leadership to Agile software development team
- Other duties as assigned

The pay range for this position is $158,000 - $227,000 / year. SciTec considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education / training, and key skills. This is not a guarantee of compensation.
