Project Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: 12+ months contract to hire
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM 5 PM

Day To Day:
- The Senior Delivery Lead is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution and delivery of complex program and platform initiatives that require collaboration across multiple teams.
- Acting as the single point of orchestration, this role sets clear work objectives, manages dependencies, and enables automation-driven flow throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- The Senior Delivery Lead provides end-to-end visibility into delivery health using real-time data, reduces unnecessary ceremony to improve decision velocity, and ensures teams remain focused, aligned, and operating within sustainable boundaries.
- This role is purpose built for an AI accelerated environment where speed, safety, and quality must coexist.
- Lead multi-team programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment to business goals, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
- Translate business strategy into actionable plans, milestones, and clear deliverables.
- Orchestrate cross-team work, ensuring dependencies, risks, and integration points are well understood and proactively managed.
- Promote automation-first delivery practices to improve flow, reduce manual effort, and increase predictability.
- Provide clear, concise reporting using real-time delivery and operational data.
- Partner with product, engineering, platform, and shared services teams to ensure smooth delivery of program and platform outcomes.
- Manage intake and work prioritization to match team capacity and reduce overload.
- Support operational readiness including testing, environment preparation, controls, and support transition.
- Maintain compliance with enterprise change, security, and audit standards.
- Drive continuous improvement through metrics, flow diagnostics, and structured feedback loops.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $60 to $65 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
