The Indirect Spend Procurement Manager plays a critical role in managing non-product-related procurement activities across the organization. This position is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for indirect categories such as supplies, packaging, equipment, and services. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills, analytical acumen, and a passion for cost savings and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1.         Strategic Sourcing & Category Management

• Oversee supplier negotiations, directing RFPs / RFIs and contract execution to secure favorable contracts and pricing for optimal terms and long-term value.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect categories including MRO, packaging, utilities, and services.
• Conduct spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize supplier performance.
• Lead sourcing, category management, and supplier relationship activities across assigned spend areas to ensure supply reliability, cost efficiency, and long-term value creation.
• Develop and maintain category strategies for key indirect spend areas, including packaging, equipment, services, and facilities management.

Monitor and leverage market insights and supplier innovations to identify opportunities for value creation, risk mitigation, and optimized cost and service outcomes.

Ensure all procurement activities align with internal policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
