What would you do as a After School Program Recreation Aide
As a Seasonal After School Program Recreation Aide, you will play a pivotal role in supervising and assisting children with their homework, arts and crafts, and the development of essential teamwork and social skills. Ensuring a safe environment is crucial, as you will inspect facilities for potential hazards and promptly report broken equipment to your supervisor. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and directing recreation and athletic programs tailored to the community's needs. This position not only allows you to foster individual growth in children but also empowers you to enhance community engagement through well-structured recreation initiatives.
Requirements for this After School Program Recreation Aide job
To excel as a Seasonal After School Program Recreation Aide, you must possess a strong understanding of safety hazards and the necessary precautions to create a safe environment for all participants.
