Job Description: 10+ years of experience in Program and Project Management within a technical environment, specifically overseeing large-scale software or product development initiatives. Demonstrable, hands-on proficiency with Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development (a must-have requirement), ensuring technical deliverables align with business objectives. 5+ years of dedicated experience managing cross-functional teams and budgets in an Agile delivery environment. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), cloud-based architectures, and the operational complexities of deploying enterprise-level Java or Data Science solutions. Experience with Program Governance and a commitment to rigorous risk management and change control practices. Excellent leadership and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail regarding resource allocation, dependency mapping, and milestone tracking. Superior communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to manage executive stakeholders, resolve organizational bottlenecks, and present program health to C-suite leadership. Proven ability to drive operational excellence, foster a culture of accountability, and thrive while leading high-stakes initiatives in a fast-paced setting.
