We're hiring a talented Program Manager to support our teams across multiple programs. The role owns recurring reporting (KPIs, meeting minutes, leadership decks), maintains our internal systems (Butterfly notifications, Workplace/Wiki, incident management tooling), creates and reconciles POs, and builds advanced Google Sheets/Excel models. We're looking for 2 4 years of consumer hardware experience, excellent written and verbal communication, and someone who can turn messy inputs into clean trackers and crisp decks with minimal hand-holding. BA/BS in business administration or a related field required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
- Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to customers.
- Reporting: Consolidating KPIs, attendees list, meeting minutes, and preparing slide decks for various reports
- Maintain internal systems: Set up Butterfly tools and notifications, Workplace/Wiki Maintenance, Incident management systems
- POs: Create, track, audit
- Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
- Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
- Consult or negotiate with customers to prepare project specifications.
- Experience in Consumer Hardware and can support the sustaining operations in the following areas:
- Slides/Reporting preparation
- Maintain systems/tools
- Create/ track/ reconcile POs
- Develop Advanced Excel/Google Sheets models
Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in consumer hardware.
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Strong understanding of MS Office and Google Suite of Tools (Docs, Sheets). Jira
Minimum Qualifications:
- Data Analysis, Reporting, Strong Excel Experience.
- Communication across teams and ensuring their actions are completed; clear communication in reason behind actions to be completed Program Management.
- Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
Preferred Qualifications:
- More than 2 years of operations and Consumer Background; Jira, Teamcenter, Task.
- Leading projects, procurement, and operations.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
