As a Principal Technical Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering and managing AI programs working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Databases. This position requires a high degree of personal accountability, autonomy, and the ability to engage effectively with Engineering, Operations, and Product Management teams. You will drive complex, technical programs in a highly visible and fast-paced environment, leveraging strong program management, technical depth, and communication skills.
- Lead large, complex projects, breaking them down into manageable milestones and ensuring timely delivery against ambitious deadlines.
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize complex and sometimes unstructured data from multiple internal and external sources; proactively identify new data sources to enhance business outcomes.
- Identify and anticipate bottlenecks, provide effective escalation management, make trade-offs, and balance business objectives with technical constraints.
- Build and nurture collaborative, global relationships with stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of progress, goals, and performance.
- Surface and clarify both stated and unstated goals, business issues, concerns, and organizational priorities.
