Your role

At Business area Design at Surveillance, our responsibility is to ensure and align common use and continuous development of technologies and platforms to secure future capabilities and deliveries. Our customers are other business areas at Surveillance.

We are now looking for a Program Manager for a Platform program. As a Program Manager within the platform program at Design Surveillance, you will lead complex projects in close interaction with the Product Manager and Architect within the specific program as well as other program managers and line managers. We are working with agile methods that we constantly developing and adapting to specific SAAB methods and future needs.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for :

Establish and lead your program towards agreed roadmap and deliveries

Planning and visualizing schedule

Communicating resources and competence needs

Securing program efficiency according to company procedures and regulations

Be a significant part of developing ways of working toward efficient working methods

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for someone who is committed to the assignment, take on great responsibility and has a team caring personality. We also see that you have excellent communication skills, in both English and Swedish.

We believe the successful candidate has :

Academic education in Engineering Science

Experience from managing complex- projects and organizations

Experience in hardware and software development

Experience of agile working methods

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around / of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
