Ready to bring your skills to a company where quality, craftsmanship, and respect still matter?At WALCO Tool & Engineering, we specialize in high-precision manufacturing and believe great results come from skilled people working in a respectful, team-oriented environment.What You'll Do as a CNC Programmer:Interpret detailed engineering drawings, including material specs, heat treatment, and design elementsDevelop efficient, standardized CNC programs based on blueprints and routing sheetsCreate clear, organized programming documentationCollaborate with machinists and engineers to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and performanceWhat We're Looking for in a CNC Programmer:3+ years CNC Programming experienceProficiency with CAM software required (Surfcam preferred)Working knowledge of CAD and 3D modeling applicationsVeri-cut experience beneficialAdvanced blueprint reading skillsIn depth knowledge of GD&TSolid understanding of engineering documentationStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of G&M codesPrior machining experience helpfulWhy WALCO?Competitive hourly pay with opportunities for overtimeFull benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life Insurance, STD, LTDPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysTuition AssistanceStable work environment with a team that values integrity, professionalism and craftsmanshipClimate controlled facilityCompensation and schedule:$27-30 per hour, based on experienceMonday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
