La figura ricercata gestisce l'approvvigionamento delle materie prima, collaborando con l'ufficio acquisti e con i fornitori per la pianificazione delle entrate a magazzino, si coordina con la pianificazione della produzione per la gestione dei flussi di merci. Si occupa inoltre di controllare le prestazioni dei processi con l'obiettivo di ottimizzarli; utilizza software gestionali in grado raccogliere ed analizzare dati che consentono di individuare i punti deboli e criticit. Propone soluzioni innovative per ottimizzare i flussi delle merci ed i costi.
Degree in a technical field, preferably Management Engineering
Previous experience in the food sector, within Supply Chain and/or Procurement
Experience in small-to-medium-sized environments, preferably also in more structured organizations
Knowledge of key Supply Chain Management processes (operational and analytical logistics)
Knowledge of ERP and management systems
Strong data analysis skills and a continuous improvement mindset
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Experience in the food/ingredients sector
Data-driven approach to process optimization
Strong problem-solving skills in dynamic environments
Organizational autonomy and goal-oriented mindset
Teamwork attitude and cross-functional collaboration skills
