Hours & Pay
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: – per hour, based on experience
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll put your technical expertise to work daily by:
- Programming and operating Flow or Omax Waterjet machines to meet customer specifications and blueprint requirements
- Moving raw materials and finished parts to and from machines as needed
- Reading and interpreting technical blueprints with precision and accuracy
- Using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to ensure top-quality results
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-first work environment
- Working independently to complete assigned projects on time and to standard

What You’ll Need to Bring
- Minimum 2 years of experience programming or operating waterjet machinery
- Strong proficiency in blueprint reading and technical plan interpretation
- Familiarity with different types of metals and their grades
- Experience in a manufacturing or shop environment
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Stable work history with proven longevity at previous employers
- Effective communication skills in English (read, write, speak)
- Must qualify as a Person under ITAR regulations
Preferred Skills:
- CAD training or formal schooling
- Willingness to train highly motivated candidates eager to grow in the role
