About the Position :

Helps to coordinate MML property music program organization and production including (but not limited to) the following :

Programming & Event Coordination Support

  • Help to maintain and update the working programming org infrastructure for all MML properties across Texas, Colorado, Louisiana, New York, and California. (Property Calendars, TripleSeat, Google Sheets)
  • Assist with preparing property teams for scheduled programming by collecting and routing stage plots, tech riders, hospitality requirements, and other necessary paperwork.
  • Help compile monthly event recap materials, gather data from teams, and format documents for leadership review.
  • Attends property programming to help evaluate quality of guest experience

Talent Booking & Advancement Support

  • Support the Programming Manager by gathering necessary materials from talent and agents, including promo photos, bios, W9s, COIs, and marketing assets.
  • Input booking details into marketing platforms systems and maintain organized, accurate digital files. (ticket platforms, website calendars, Google Drive)
  • Assist with building show folders, advancing events, and drafting internal run-of-show or event overview documents as directed.

    • Event Production & On-Site Support

  • Assist with artist hospitality coordination, transportation details, and day-of communication as delegated by the Programming Manager.
  • Support onsite production setup and breakdown, including signage placement, audio / visual readiness checks, and equipment preparation.
  • Help maintain logs for MML sound equipment inventory, rentals, and repairs.
  • Communicate equipment or AV issues observed during events and relay information to the programming manager.
