What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (preferred qualifications): * Experience leading capital projects greater than $2.5M from concept through startup. * Working knowledge of GMP-regulated manufacturing environments and commissioning/qualification processes. * Experience managing contractors, procurement activities, and project financial forecasting. * Knowledge of facility and utility systems such as HVAC, refrigeration, compressed air, water, and process support systems. * Experience with SAP, AutoCAD, CMMS systems, and project management tools. Additional Information: * Travel: Up to 5%, including occasional support for other manufacturing sites. * Location: Clinton, IN Manufacturing Site – Onsite Work Environment. Don’t meet every single requirement? Studies have shown underrepresented groups are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification.
