About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to take ownership of Commercial Construction (structural steel) projects from inception to completion. This leadership role requires balancing schedules, budgets, and client relationships while ensuring projects meet Doing Steel Fabrication's high standards.

Work Environment:
Professional office environment with some time spent in a manufacturing shop. Use of standard office equipment (computers, phones, copiers, and filing cabinets, etc.). Frequent presence on the manufacturing floor as well as field operations. Exposure to conditions, such as: dust, fumes, noise and high-degree varying seasonal temperatures.
Doing Steel is a Drug-Free Safety-First workplace. All applicants must successfully complete a drug screen prior to being hired. Failure to submit to or pass a drug screen will result in any offer of employment being rescinded. Failure to submit or pass a drug screen, at any time while employed by Doing Steel, or any of its subsidiaries, will result in termination of employment.
