The Opportunity
We are hiring a Junior Project Manager, someone early in their career who has already been exposed to project management and is ready to take on real responsibility while continuing to grow.
You will work directly alongside ownership, supporting active projects while being developed into a fully independent Project Manager and ultimately, a leader within the company.
This role is intentionally designed as a growth track position, with a clear path toward:
- Full Project Manager ownership of projects
- Leadership of the PM function
- Potential to oversee a future branch/location
What You'll Be Doing
Project Support & Execution
- Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination across multiple jobs
- Assist in managing budgets, timelines, and subcontractor performance
- Help ensure projects stay on track, on budget, and aligned with quality standards
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
Operational Support
- Take ownership of key project management tasks currently handled by leadership
- Help improve organization, documentation, and workflow consistency
- Support communication between field and office
Learning & Growth
- Gain hands-on exposure to the full project lifecycle-from pre-construction to closeout
- Gradually take on increasing responsibility as capability and confidence grow
- Be mentored directly by leadership with the expectation of stepping into a full PM role
Who You Are
Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in construction, project coordination, or related role
- Exposure to project management responsibilities (not purely administrative)
- Experience in residential or light commercial construction is a plus
Capabilities
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving pieces
- Strong communicator who can work with both field teams and clients
- Comfortable taking initiative and ownership of tasks
- Able to handle increasing responsibility without needing constant direction
