  • Collaborate with Superintendents to establish accurate monthly profit projections and optimize heavy civil resource utilization.
  • Formulate precise change order estimates and process requests for information (RFIs) to prevent project delays.
  • Track project timelines using Critical Path Method (CPM) techniques to ensure delivery stays on or ahead of schedule.
  • Enforce company safety policies on site to maintain a standard of zero reportable incidents across your assigned projects.

  • Absolute willingness to travel up to 30% of working hours to various regional project sites.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Approximately 5 years of related work experience within heavy civil, utility, or industrial infrastructure construction.
  • Demonstrated experience using advanced Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling software and tracking project timelines.
  • Prior experience mentoring junior team members or project engineers in a fast-paced field environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Weekly pay cycle with performance-based and annual bonus programs.
  • 401(k) retirement savings program with generous employer matching.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance options.
  • Life and disability insurance coverages.
