About the Role

We are seeking a Purchasing and Planning Coordinator who supports the Purchasing and Planning Managers in executing day-to-day inventory, purchasing, and supply chain operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate system data, coordinating purchase orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring visibility into inventory flow. By supporting forecasting, allocation, and inventory lifecycle management, this position helps drive timely product availability and overall business performance.

You’ll Make a Difference By

  • Owning purchase order creation, updates, and maintenance, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Purchasing and Planning Managers
  • Maintaining accurate product setups and system data to support inventory planning and execution
  • Ensuring all PO changes (quantities, pricing, and timelines) are accurately reflected in systems
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting audits between system data and physical counts
  • Leading stock reconciliation with the Distribution Center, resolving discrepancies such as “ghost inventory.”
  • Supporting inventory reporting and ensuring data integrity for planning and decision-making
  • Analyzing sell-through and performance metrics to recommend markdowns, end-of-life strategies, and SKU rationalization
  • Updating forecasts based on historical trends and sales performance
  • Monitoring Open-to-Buy (OTB) and recommending adjustments to avoid overstocking or stockouts
  • Supporting planning data updates related to forecasts, inventory, and order tracking
  • Executing inventory allocation across ecommerce, wholesale, and retail channels to maximize revenue and sell-through
  • Assisting in product range performance analysis to inform future assortment decisions
  • Tracking inbound shipments and maintaining accurate ETA updates in ERP systems
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for logistics partners and suppliers
  • Coordinating inbound deliveries with Distribution Centers for smooth receiving
  • Proactively resolving supply chain delays and communicating impacts to stakeholders
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Purchasing, Planning, Merchandising, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment and operational efficiency
  • Assisting with other responsibilities based on business needs

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–4+ years of experience in purchasing, planning, or inventory management.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Shopify) and advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, complex formulas).
  • Strong understanding of Open-to-Buy (OTB), inventory KPIs, and multi-channel allocation.
  • Experience reconciling system and physical inventory counts.
  • Ability to analyze historical sales data and forecast SKU-level demand.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or planning systems (JDA/Blue Yonder) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solver with experience managing supply chain risks and inventory lifecycle strategies.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required as it is the Company’s primary business language.
