Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Shift: 7 am - 3:30 pm (Mon - Fri)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Windows environment)
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
• Strong documentation skills and clear, legible penmanship
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions accurately
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience with purchasing or related responsibilities
• Demonstrated job stability, with at least 3 years at each previous employer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the purchasing of equipment, supplies, and outsourced services through approved channels
• Review pricing and conduct comparisons to support cost-effective purchasing decisions
• Place purchase orders and track order status with suppliers daily
• Maintain accurate inventory records and purchasing documentation
• Communicate with vendors to obtain updates and ensure timely delivery
• Provide information and support to internal teams to facilitate procurement processes
• Follow established procedures for quality control and purchasing compliance
