Backed by a recent Series A, we’re expanding our team to deliver on an ambitious product roadmap. 🧠 What You’ll Do Design and execute manual and automated test cases across our APIs, webhooks, and backend services Collaborate with developers to improve test coverage and shift quality left in the development lifecycle Validate the integrity and performance of data across systems, especially MongoDB and other document stores Analyze API response times, error rates, and regressions as part of performance testing Manage QA automation scripts and documentation using Bitbucket and Git workflows Contribute to our CI/CD processes by integrating automated tests into pipelines Participate in Agile ceremonies and work closely with product managers and developers to ensure high-quality releases Document, report, and track bugs—ensuring clear communication and timely resolution 🤖 How You’ll Use AI 🧪 Generate test cases based on user stories, APIs, or system logs 🔄 Summarize logs and trace data to identify root causes faster 🛠 Automate repetitive testing tasks, from regression runs to report generation 📊 Monitor test results, highlight anomalies, and track flaky tests more effectively ✍️ Create and maintain documentation, bug reports, and user flows with AI support 💡 Suggest improvements to test coverage or platform observability using AI-generated insights ✅ You Might Be a Fit If You… Have 3–4+ years of experience in QA or test automation roles Are comfortable working across manual and automated testing environments Have experience with JavaScript-based testing and tools like Postman, ApiDog, or similar Are familiar with MongoDB and validating data in document-based systems Use Git and Bitbucket for version control and have experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines Thrive in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and enjoy solving root-cause problems Are excited to work with AI tools to improve test velocity and impact—not just because it’s trendy 🌍 Logistics Level:
