Varicent Sales Performance Management (SPM) / Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) Developer And Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Varicent Sales Performance Management (SPM) / Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) Developer and Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and enhancing the Varicent SPM software application to ensure efficient commission processing and reporting. You will also work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that streamline processes, improve cycle times, and ensure accuracy. This position provides a unique opportunity to drive innovation and contribute to process improvement initiatives within the organization.

Skills and Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of software development experience, including a minimum of 5 years working with Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM).
• Expertise in design, development, and testing of ELT processes and methodologies.
• Strong SQL skills, including query optimization, performance tuning, and report development.
• Prior experience in business analysis and technical documentation for Varicent ICM projects.
• Advanced skills in JavaScript, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and quickly assimilate new information.
• Varicent ICM Composer and administration.
• Varicent Workflows and Inquiry Management.
• Presenter Structure / Adaptive Reports and Report Data Models.
• ELT processes and tools - Preferably Varicent Symon AI Banking, financial services or other highly regulated industry experience.
• Agile methodology and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
