The key characteristics we're looking for are :

  • Strong experience in React / React Native, Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and SQL databases
  • 5+ years of experience building production-level mobile apps
  • Proficiency in Supabase or similar platforms (e.g., Firebase, PocketBase)
  • Proven experience building fully functional software applications using the latest AI technologies
  • Solid experience with Drizzle or other ORMs for building efficient data structures
  • A desire for constant learning and a dynamic change in project opportunities
  • Accountability for deadlines, with proactive discussion of deadline adjustments

Projects Youll Be Working On :

As an agency, you will manage a variety of innovative projects in healthcare, fintech, edtech, crypto, and on-demand sectors.

Important to know :

Since we are fully remote with a team across the globe, you are expected to interact with different teams and be flexible with time zones. All employees must overlap at least between 7 AM and 11 AM Pacific Standard Time.

All new joiners undergo a one-month trial period to ensure smooth onboarding and alignment on expectations.

Must have mental fortitude to handle a high-stress environment with tight deadlines and rapid development cycles.

Your Responsibilities Include :

  • Design and develop custom components to meet project requirements
  • Maintain and update project dependencies and resolve conflicts
  • Collaborate with team members to design and implement scalable, maintainable front-end and back-end systems
  • Manage flexible vacation and sick days
