The key characteristics we're looking for are :
- Strong experience in React / React Native, Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and SQL databases
- 5+ years of experience building production-level mobile apps
- Proficiency in Supabase or similar platforms (e.g., Firebase, PocketBase)
- Proven experience building fully functional software applications using the latest AI technologies
- Solid experience with Drizzle or other ORMs for building efficient data structures
- A desire for constant learning and a dynamic change in project opportunities
- Accountability for deadlines, with proactive discussion of deadline adjustments

Important to know :
Since we are fully remote with a team across the globe, you are expected to interact with different teams and be flexible with time zones. All employees must overlap at least between 7 AM and 11 AM Pacific Standard Time.
