We're looking for a detail-oriented Receiving Associate to join our team and play a key role in warehouse operations. In this position, you'll be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming inventory while helping maintain accurate stock levels and supporting overall warehouse efficiency. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Pay: $19.00/hr Receiving Associate Available Shifts: 8:00am 4:30pm, TuesdaySaturday 8:00am 4:30pm, SundayThursday Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and put away incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels Communicate discrepancies, damages, or shortages to appropriate team members Assist with inventory data entry and purchasing record updates Support purchasing activities, including placing orders and following up with vendors as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment (5S standards) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth inventory flow Accurately pick, pack, and support order fulfillment as needed Perform other warehouse duties as assigned Requirements: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow instructions and established procedures Team-oriented with excellent communication skills Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Strong work ethic, reliability, and problem-solving mindset Preferred Qualifications: Forklift certification or willingness to be trained Experience with inventory systems, audits, or purchasing functions
