Software Reliability Engineer

Location: Chandler, Arizona (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Contract

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior Software Reliability Engineer to provide support for enterprise security, workflow orchestration, platform automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms. The role involves collaboration with SRE resources, Product Managers, and Engineering leads to design, build, and support enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for enterprise security, workflow orchestration, platform automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with SREs, Product Managers, and Engineering leads to design and build enterprise solutions.
• Support technologies such as Tanium, Bladelogic, Crowdstrike, JFrog Artifactory/Xray, Ansible, Terraform, and BMC Truesight Orchestrator.
• Perform Linux and Windows administration tasks.
• Utilize enterprise logging and monitoring tools like Tivoli ITM, Sitescope, and Splunk.
• Leverage Dynatrace for application performance monitoring.

Required Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience is required in supporting enterprise solutions. Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in supporting enterprise security, orchestration, workflow automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.

Compensation & Benefits
