Reporting Analyst

T-Mobile Premium Retailer – Wireless Vision

Does designing and developing complex reporting solutions for a fun, growing organization excite you? Does our core value of Best in Class motivate you to do your best work? We’re looking for a Reporting Analyst who can bring a passion for data and reporting.

In this entry-level role, you will work with team members and users to triage requests, define requirements, design, develop and deploy high-quality reporting solutions that meet current and future needs. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Reporting, you will be responsible for movement of complex data and developing reports while optimizing processes.

Your Talents:

Gather and maintain a wide array of data-related business processes and reporting.
Work with data structures to ensure consistency, security, and accessibility.
Active role in data analysis and interpretation and exercise sound judgement while analyzing and interpreting data to ensure high level of accuracy, timeliness, and usefulness for departments.
Prepare analytical presentations for applicable audience.
Ensure high level of security, accuracy, and efficiency by conducting routine audits of data stores in systems, conducting tests and analyzing results.
Understand reporting requirements and build reports that function as desired with minimal supervision.
Independently perform development, and end-user acceptance testing of complex reporting solutions.
Diagnose and troubleshoot incidents via root cause analysis and establish countermeasures to improve supported solutions.
Continually improve performance of complex solutions (both queries and database structures).
Organize and conduct regular project status sessions and design reviews leveraging appropriate project artifacts.
Consistently contribute valuable input during design reviews of team member solutions.

Your Experience:

4 year Bachelor degree, finance or accounting preferred but not required.
1-2 years of advanced experience in Microsoft Excel, including proven utilization of pivot tables, array, and index match required
1-2 years of experience with VBA and SQL
