About the Role

This is an entry-level, in-field solar sales role focused on door-to-door outreach in residential neighborhoods.

You'll be responsible for starting conversations with homeowners, educating them on the benefits of solar, and setting qualified appointments for our Solar Consultants. You won't be expected to know everything on day one — we provide full training, mentorship, and a clear path to advancement for those who perform.

This role is ideal for individuals who want to:

What You'll Be Doing

  • Engage homeowners through door-to-door conversations in assigned territories

  • Set qualified appointments for in-home solar consultations

  • Represent ESP Direct professionally and positively in the field

  • Work alongside a supportive, high-energy sales team

  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development
