Position: Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst

The role supports cross‑functional teams by building, maintaining, and analyzing integrated schedules to ensure program objectives are met effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
·Develop, maintain, and coordinate Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) aligned with program milestones and objectives.
·Ensure schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated across key functions, including engineering, finance, manufacturing, materials, and quality.
·Track schedule performance and progress using industry‑standard project management methodologies.
·Identify critical path activities, logic gaps, and schedule risks; recommend mitigation strategies where needed.
·Perform schedule performance and risk analysis to support informed decision‑making.
·Utilize tools and techniques such as Gantt charts, PERT analysis, milestone tracking, and Earned Value Management (EVM) to assess execution health and variances.
·Provide clear, data‑driven insights to program leadership to support timely intervention and continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications
·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
·Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
·Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
·Working knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and core project management principles.
·Experience supporting medium‑to‑large, complex programs.
Preferred Qualifications
·Prior experience in the aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing industries.
·Experience with scheduling and performance management tools such as Deltek Cobra and Deltek Acumen Risk.
·Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel, including macros or VBA.
·Experience developing resource‑loaded schedules (RLS) and conducting schedule risk assessments (SRA).
·Familiarity with EVMS compliance metrics and industry best practices.
