Genesis10 is currently seeking an Information Security Engineer for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Chandler, AZ and Irving, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role provides technical engineering and operational support for an Automated Password Reset application built on the Bravura Password Manager platform. This position focuses on platform stability, configuration, integration support, operational stability, risk reduction, and day-to-day operational health of the application. This is not a software development role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical operational support for the application platform and Bravura Password Manager
• Support configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of integrations with enterprise credential systems (e.g., Active Directory, Oracle, mainframe platforms, non AD systems)
• Assist in incident response and root cause analysis for related production issues
• Support platform upgrades, vendor patches, and post upgrade stabilization activities
• Perform environment validation and health checks across DEV, QA, and PROD
• Support access, entitlement, and password-management workflows across integrated systems
• Collaborate with software engineers, IAM architects, and service owners to ensure smooth handoffs between development and operations
• Participate in Agile ceremonies as a platform SME (stand ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives)
• Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and operational readiness artifacts
• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Information Security Engineering

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
• Experience providing technical engineering and operational support for applications, ideally on the Bravura Password Manager platform
• Solid understanding of information security functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Ability to analyze and resolve moderately complex Information Security Engineering challenges

Pay range: $43.59 - $51.59 per hour
