Core Responsibilities
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment from initial discussions to successful hires.
- Act as a Client Consultant, gaining insights into their hiring criteria, challenges, and workplace culture.
- Strategically Source candidates using our specialized CRM/ATS, as well as your personal network and innovative communication tools.
- Utilize Our Technology to coordinate with candidates, monitor outreach efforts, automate communication follow-ups, and maintain order.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that provide enduring value for clients and lucrative commissions for yourself.
- Contribute to Thought Leadership initiatives as we enhance both our corporate and your personal brand.
