This is a professional service environment built for experienced plumbers who want structure, support, and the ability to increase their income through performance.
Perform residential and commercial plumbing service and repair in Oakland, San Francisco, and surrounding service areas
Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues including drain clogs, sewer backups, leak repairs, water heater service, and general plumbing maintenance
Deliver drain cleaning, hydro jetting, sewer video inspections, trenchless sewer repair support, and related plumbing services
Present customers with at least three repair options using flat rate pricing
Complete detailed digital invoices with photos and documentation
Collect payment at time of service
Communicate clearly with dispatch and team members
Maintain a professional appearance and company vehicle
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
Meet or exceed revenue and average ticket performance goals

2 or more years of residential or commercial plumbing experience is required
Experience with drain cleaning, sewer repair, water heaters, and general service plumbing
Ability to diagnose plumbing systems and present multiple repair options to customers
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in crawl spaces, attics, and confined areas
Ability to perform hand excavation and operate power demolition equipment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using technology for invoicing and service documentation
Reliable, punctual, and professional in customer-facing environments
