About You
Basic Qualification
8+ years experience with Web application development or SaaS (Software as a Service)
OO design and development experience in an object oriented language such as Java, C#, etc
Experience designing/developing business applications, (knowledge of Recruiting systems, Talent Management systems, or Learning platforms is a plus)
Validated working knowledge of design and analysis of software for performance
Metadata-driven definitional development experience
Experience with JSON, XML, and Integration technologies
US Citizen
Other Qualification
Demonstrated ability in Algorithmic Thinking and experience with API Development
Understanding of Code Testing methodologies
Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) principles like inheritance, polymorphism, encapsulation, and abstraction
Solid understanding of Software Development principles
Basic experience with Source Control Management (SCM) tools
Proven track record with Team Collaboration in a software development team.
Basic skills in creating Technical Writing Documentation
