SpaceNav is welcoming applications for aSoftware Engineering Managerwith a proven track record for mentoring and managing engineering teams. As theSoftware Engineering Manager,you will play a pivotal role in mentoring and guiding engineers, ensuring successful project execution, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will work with various stakeholders to set priorities, develop schedules, and create an achievable execution strategy for the engineering team to follow. Responsibilities

• Improve existing software development processes and procedures, ensuring consistent standard and best practices across multiple product development initiatives.
• Help create long-term roadmaps while ensuring short-term sprint objectives are met.
• Develop and administer technical training and certification programs to enhance the skills and expertise of the team.
• Work with engineers from other disciplines to develop software requirements and support design artifacts
• Help foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
