Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and online platforms
  • Manage and prioritize leads to ensure timely follow-up
  • Build rapport and engage with potential customers to understand their needs
  • Provide accurate information about vehicle options promotions and dealership services
  • Highlight product features and value to help customers make informed decisions
  • Maintain accurate and organized records in the CRM system
  • Work collaboratively with sales consultants and other dealership departments
  • Stay current on Ford products promotions and market trends
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

  • Experience in sales or customer service preferredautomotive or BDC experience is a plus
  • Experience in a call center setting minimum of two years is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident professional phone and email presence
  • Self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals
  • Proficient in CRM systems and basic computer applications
  • Ability to adapt to changing sales processes and dealership technologies
  • Must pass pre-employment background screening
