Responsibilities
Responsible for architecture, project ownership, and team leadership.
Leadmultipleteamsoftalentedsoftware developers in building applications and platforms using modern Typescript, React, NodeJS, .NET Core, SQL Server, and AWS technologies.
Manageand coordinate projects within teams and across departments. Act as a player coach.
Work directly with senior leaders in Marketing Organizations and Product Leaders to design applications that amaze your customers.
Apply sound quality management methods,toolsand techniques to create and support defect-free application software that meets the needs of the organization
Act as "Voice of the Customer" whenparticipatingin product readiness reviews
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in personuniversity or college
Full stack development experience
3+years of team leadership experience
A demonstrabletrack recordof building and launching successful products
Experience usingTypescript, Elastic, C#, SQL Server, and AWS technologies
Proficiencyin Continuous Delivery best practices
Understanding AI technologies and hashands onexperience in AI adoption and development.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; Must be able to communicate at a levelappropriate tothe audience (direct reports,peersand senior management)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading products throughout the software development life cycle
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React
Familiar with Marketing Eco-Systems such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot is a bonus.
