TeamViewer provides a leading Digital Workplace platform that connects people with technology—enabling, improving and automating digital processes to make work work better. Our software solutions harness the power of AI and shape the future of digitalization.

We believe that our diverse teams and strong company culture are key to the success of our products and technologies, that hundreds of millions of users around the world and around 645,000 customers across all industries rely on. With more than 1,900 employees worldwide, we celebrate the unique perspectives and talents that each individual brings to the table and foster a dynamic work environment where new ideas thrive. Are you ready to join our team and make an impact?

Responsibilities
  • Define the architecture for our endpoint platform, Windows services, and the cloud systems that support them.

  • Design how automation and AI-powered actions operate on customer devices, including permissions, safeguards, rollback mechanisms, and auditability.

  • Establish architectural standards, engineering best practices, and guidelines for the use of AI-generated code in production systems.

  • Evaluate technical solutions, conduct proofs of concept, and recommend scalable, secure design approaches.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to platform engineering teams globally

  • Drive architectural decision-making and maintain clear documentation of designs, standards, and key decisions.

  • Stay current on emerging technologies, cloud platforms, and AI tooling, and identify opportunities to improve our systems and practices.

  • Own the non-functional architecture of the platform, ensuring reliability, performance, security, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of software engineering experience building applications in C++ or .NET.

  • Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Cassandra, or ScyllaDB.

  • Deep understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, high-availability platforms, microservices, and containerized environments.

  • Experience designing systems that perform automated or AI-driven actions on managed endpoints, including security controls and auditing requirements.

  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development and a clear understanding of where AI-generated code is appropriate in production environments.

  • Experience building and operating solutions in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, including infrastructure automation.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

What we offer
  • Competitive compensation and bonuses

  • Flexible PTO and paid holidays

  • 401(k) with employer matching

  • Comprehensive Health insurance package including 100% employer-paid medical coverage

  • Up to 12 weeks of Parental Leave

  • Basic Life Insurance, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability, 100% employer-paid

  • Quarterly teambuilding events, leadership luncheons, and companywide “All Hands” meetings

  • Open door policy and business casual dress code

  • We celebrate diversity as one of our core values. Join c-a-r-e and lead change initiatives together with us!
