The Work: We are seeking a level 5 Manager to lead a Ground Software & SW Infrastructure Agile Product team supporting multiple OPIR (Overhead Persistent Infrared) programs. Must have an active secret clearance, location is either Boulder, CO or Longmont, CO. This position is contingent upon the program award expected in June, 2026. In this position you will:

• Be a part of the Missile Warning and NGG Ground OPIR programs. We will be providing next generation ground systems - open architecture/open framework systems that will provide the customer with the flexibility to meet the demands of a rapidly changing environment.
• Lead a SAFE Agile Product team of 15-20 individual contributors in support of product team execution whose primary focus is on the design, development, and testing of a combined hardware/software solution for operational delivery.
• Assist the existing leadership team with vetting, hiring, staffing and building strong teams.
