Provide high-quality electronic, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic service to processing, packaging, and auxiliary manufacturing equipment.
Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) tasks on time to maximize equipment uptime and prevent machinery breakdowns.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose complex electro-mechanical failures swiftly to minimize unscheduled production downtime.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams to guide repair and installation work.
Work confidently on motors, low/high-voltage transformers, motor starters, switchgear, and control systems.
Perform line changeovers, support production startups, and complete necessary building maintenance activities as needed.
Maintain meticulous records of all work performed, parts usage, and downtime tracking via computerized maintenance software.
Adhere strictly to all "Best Safety Practices," Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and facility food safety/HACCP regulations.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Skills:
Food Manufacturing Background: Experience working within a fast-paced food, beverage, or high-speed consumer goods manufacturing facility.
Advanced Technical Skills: Basic fabrication and industrial welding capabilities.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity utilizing computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or digital work-order reporting software for asset tracking.
Root Cause Analysis: Analytical experience with Breakdown Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
