Job Description:

  • Must be able to anticipate issues and identify resolutions in a timely manner

  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office applications to include: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and Concur
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with all levels of individuals inside and outside of the organization
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Must be able to represent the organization with a high degree of professionalism
  • Ability to use excellent judgment in order to adjust priorities and be highly adaptable to change as needed in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly dependable and proactive


Additional Details:

  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office applications to include: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and Concur
  • Main needs are managing the calendar, scheduling travel, inputting expenses and coordinating events and activities with the other admins.
  • Quarterly, there are Power Weeks during which all the executives travel in from Monday to Wednesday.
  • This person, along with team, will be responsible for organizing these events.
  • This person should be proficient/advanced in MS365 especially Outlook, Concur and Zoom
  • This person must be a team player
