Job Summary
This role supports multiple software projects focused on Display Head and Touch Screen systems. Engineers will be responsible for requirements-based verification, test development, execution, and debugging in a collaborative lab environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute test cases and test procedures
• Perform requirements-based verification (DO-178C DAL A/B)
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams (including offshore teams)
• Execute and debug tests on embedded hardware systems
• Support low-level software integration and unit testing
• Participate in daily stand-ups and ongoing project reviews
Required Qualifications & Skills
• 5+ years of experience in embedded software engineering
• Strong experience with DO-178C DAL A or B (Verification)
• Experience with low-level integration and unit testing
• Proficiency in Embedded C++
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with DO-178C Requirements Development
• STEM degree (preferred, but not mandatory with strong experience)

Work Environment
• Fully onsite role in Cedar Rapids, IA
• Lab-based work involving hardware testing and validation
• Team collaboration with both onsite and remote engineers

• High priority / immediate hiring (multiple openings – ~20–30 engineers)
• No flexibility on onsite requirement
